We co-host vacation rentals in fourteen lakeshore communities, from Holland north to Ludington. Every town has its own rulebook, its own season, and its own guest. We do not work in Grand Rapids. The city's ordinance effectively bans non-owner-occupied short-term rentals, so there's no honest version of this service there.
